Assured shorthold tenancy (AST) agreement

You can purchase Landlord Action’s template Assured Periodic Tenancy (AST) agreement for £150 (including VAT).

If you would like a Landlord Action Solicitor to tailor the agreement for you we offer two packages which include both include a copy of the template.

1. We provide you with our     template APT which you tailor to your needs and we then check and provide any comments (1.5 hours work) – £300.00 inclusive of VA

2. We discuss your requirements first and then draft the agreement accordingly (3 hours work) – £660.00 inclusive of VAT.

If you already have your own Assured shorthold Tenancy agreement template and would like us to amend it and convert it into an Assured Periodic Tenancy agreement, our fee for this service will be £1,980.00 inclusive of VAT.
