Head of Landlord and Tenant at Landlord Action, Julie Herbert can be booked for specialist training sessions. These are normally tailored to the particular business need. In the past, Julie has been asked to refresh agent knowledge, to bring agents up to speed with the latest regulation and to help induction of new recruits.
Landlord Action regularly runs seminars. These are more informal than the training sessions. Paul Shamplina, our founder, shares his twenty-five years experience in dealing with problem tenants. He gives advice on problems and solutions. These two-hour sessions are jargon-free and allow for plenty of questions and answers.
