Paul Shamplina, founder of Landlord Action has been helping landlords since 1999. As we’re regarded as the nation’s experts on landlord and tenant problems, we try to use our position to fight for the rights of landlords and we are proud to have been quoted in hundreds of newspapers and magazines.
On TV, Landlord Action has appeared on national and regional news. Several TV programmes about landlord and tenant issues have featured us. These include, BBC1’s War At the Door, BBC London’s Inside Out, ITV’s Tenants From Hell, and Channel-5’s Nightmare Tenants.
Paul Shamplina our founder, is a regular conference speaker and can also be heard on radio shows across the country, as well as on his regular LBC slot.

The very first headine about Landlord Action was in the London Evening Standard in 1999. It was just weeks after our launch. We didn’t know the how much disruption we would cause – but we were having a good go at it.
