Landlord Action in the media.
We’re on a mission.
Landlord Action has been around since 1999, so we’re frequently asked for our opinion. As we’re regarded as the nation’s experts on landlord and tenant problems, we try to use our position to fight for the rights of landlords and we are proud to have been quoted in hundreds of newspapers and magazines.
On TV, Landlord Action has appeared on national and regional news. Several TV programmes about landlord and tenant issues have featured us. These include, BBC1’s War At the Door, BBC London’s Inside Out, ITV’s Tenants From Hell, and Channel-5’s Nightmare Tenants.
Paul Shamplina our founder, is a regular conference speaker and can also be heard on radio shows across the country, as well as on his regular LBC slot. Our legal experts, Justin Selig and Julie Herbert are often called on to advise journalists on landlords and tenant issues.
Some of the papers that have featured us are; The Times, The Financial Times, The Daily Mail, The Independent, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The London Evening Standard, The Sunday Times, The Sunday Express, The Mail on Sunday, Property Investor News.
BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5
As well as many appearances on different news programs, Landlord Action has been at the centre of three TV different series, one for ITV and two for CH5.
Disrupting since 1999
The very first headine about Landlord Action was in the London Evening Standard in 1999. It was just weeks after our launch. We didn’t know the how much disruption we would cause – but we were having a good go at it.
Notes for editors.
Landlord Action is a UK based organisation helping landlords and their agents deal with problem tenants.
Founded in 1999 as the first ever fixed-fee tenant eviction specialist, they now employ over 200 legal professionals and have revolutionised this area of legal practice.
They have acted in over 35,000 problem tenant cases and are considered the authority in this field.
Landlord Action only acts on behalf of private or institutional landlords and their agents.
