Jonathan has been a landlord for over 16 years. He understands the issues facing landlords.
Having had bad tenants and not understanding why solicitors charged so much money without any time or success guarantees, he and Paul Shamplina began Landlord Action to help other landlords avoid the same frustrations.

Paul has worked within in the legal system for 17 years - focusing on landlord/tenant disputes. As a certified bailiff he has acted on behalf of landlords with bad tenants, and has gained enormous expertise in the process and court proceedings.
As a recognised expert he has spoken at numerous landlord association events sharing his vast knowledge with both private and corporate landlords.
