Evict squatters for a fixed fee
STEP 1
Landlord Action arrange for lawyers to draft urgent proceedings, take a witness statement, and issue proceedings at court, with an early hearing date set usually within 14 days.
Once the hearing is obtained, we will also arrange for papers to be served on the squatters, an advocate will attend the hearing to obtain a possession order and for the order to be served on the squatters.
Our fixed fee includes absolutely everything including VAT £940.
Then, if the squatters don’t leave
STEP 2
Once a possession order has been obtained, the squatters need to be evicted. For speed we arrange for High Court Sheriffs to set down an urgent eviction date, which will take approximately 7 days. There will be 2 High Court Sheriffs attending on the eviction to oversee safe possession to the owner. (lock change not included)
Our fixed fee includes including VAT £998.75
The owner can arrange for the county court bailiffs to set an eviction date, but can take weeks.
