£40 for a 24 hour reference

This is a comprehensive reference check and is done as a 24 hour service. Every full reference has the benefit of the following:

  • A credit history check which will highlight any CCJʼ and/or bankruptcies.
  • Voters roll confirmation. If the subject is not located on
  • the current electoral roll they will be asked for alternative proof of address.
  • Locate information which may reveal undisclosed
  • addresses which can then be searched.
  • Applicants will be checked against the FCC Paragon
  • tenants database.
  • Managing agent/landlords reference/s both current and
  • previous if applicable will be collected.
  • Income verification regardless of whether employed,
  • self-employed, retired and etc. References will be taken
  • from both current and previous if applicable.

Please note there is no additional charge for overseas applicants however there may be a delay in obtaining references.
