For the third consecutive year, Landlord Action, the leading legal services company helping landlords with problem tenants, has once again retained the title as winner of the Legal Services Award at the Landlord & Letting Awards 2011.

The event, hosted by TV presenter and property investor Melissa Porter, took place in the Concourse Suite at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre on Wednesday 16th November 2011.

Over 1000 entries were whittled down to 167 finalists over the 13 categories. Landlord Action were shortlisted for three of these awards; Campaigner, Supplier and Legal Services, the latter of which they were announced winners, recognised for excellence and as market leaders in helping thousands of landlords with problem tenants.

It really is a fantastic achievement to once again be announced winners of the Legal Services Award at such a key industry event and be recognised as the leading authority when it comes to problem tenants and disputes.

After setting up Landlord Action in 1999, we have continually adapted as a business to cater to the growing demands of landlords.  Most recently, the economic climate has forced our advice line to be busier than ever. As a result, over the last year or two, we have taken it upon ourselves not only to help landlords experiencing problems, but also to educate and advise landlords by hosting seminars on preventative measures and, where possible, the importance of mediation with tenants.

As the private rented sector is forecast to grow and with forthcoming possible economic problems, we predict increasingly busy times ahead. However, we will endeavour to improve the service of tenant eviction to landlords during their stressful times.
