In 1999 a group of landlords felt that solicitor's fees were too expensive and they always took too long. Nobody seemed to be aware just how important acting quickly was. Then one of the landlords met an expert in landlord/tenant issues. And so Landlord Action was born.

With Landlord Action there are no hidden charges or extras. Not for photocopies, stamps or phone calls (and not for disbursements because that's a term lawyers use and most people don't even know what it means.) And Landlord Action has spawned a raft of copycat companies. But just one look at their prices tells us they just can't be doing it right. It takes a certain amount of time to fill out all the forms and make sure everything is just right. It takes expertise to apply the correct procedure to each problem. We have cut our margins as low as we can go - and still get it right. Started by landlords, for the benefit of landlords, our services are simple, cost effective and fast. We are the landlord's friend.

Paul Shamplina - Founder

Paul has worked within in the legal system since 1987 - specialising in landlord/tenant disputes. As a certified bailiff, he has acted on behalf of landlords with bad tenants, and has enormous expertise in the process and in court proceedings. As a recognised expert he is often featured on TV, Radio and in the press.

Jonathan Chippeck - Founder

Jonathan has been a landlord since the 1980's. He understands the issues facing landlords. Having had bad tenants and not understanding why solicitors charged so much money without any time or success guarantees, he and Paul began Landlord Action to help other landlords avoid the same frustrations.
