The Cost is £65 inclusive of VAT (per tenant).

Once your tenant has passed the reference, Landlord Action also offer a Rent Protection & Legal Expenses Warranty, this covers lost rent and legal fees if the tenant defaults on the rent or needs to be evicted. Click here for more details.
