We are able to keep our fees
fixed for a simple reason. Most cases are NOT defended, so our costs are
fixed. Also, we have an efficient system and our solicitors instruct
an advocate at fixed rates.
Unfortunately, there are some cases where tenants put in a defence. It
is impossible for us (or anyone) to fix a fee for these cases, because
they are open-ended.
When this happens, our dedicated solicitors will continue with the case
at, what we consider to be, favourable rates or we will move the case,
at no charge, to a solicitor of your choice.
We do not ask for money on account. We do not charge hourly rates. We
only request payment for each step as it is used. We do not charge for
advice.
