Paul Shamplina (Founder)

You’ve probably seen him in the papers, heard him on the radio or watched him on TV. Paul Shamplina is the Founder of Landlord Action and has spent over 25 years in the legal field helping landlords and letting agents with problem tenants. Often referred to as ‘The Landlords’ Friend’, Paul is regularly asked to comment in the media … and he isn’t afraid to give his point of view. He has also been named ‘Best Seminar Speaker’ in the 2019 LIS Awards.

TV

BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5
As well as many appearances on a variety of news programmes, Landlord Action has been at the centre of three TV different series, one for ITV and two for Channel 5.

Radio

Paul has been invited to give expert advice on many local and national radio stations including Radio 2, Five Live, BBC Radio London and BBC Radio 4. Paul also hosted a weekly live phone-in with Clive Bull on LBC’s Property Hour.
