Squatter Eviction
To have a squatter (in the legal sense) they must have broken in to the property and have not been let in by a previous tenant.
Evicting a squatter is faster than standard eviction.
There are just 2 Steps.
Step 1 - Fixed Fee £1,299 + VAT
A lawyer to drafts urgent proceedings, takes a witness statement, and issues proceedings at court. An early hearing date is usually set within 14 days. Once the hearing date is set, papers are served on the squatters, an advocate attends the hearing to obtain a possession order and the order is served on the squatters.
If the squatters don't leave under order of the court, we go to Step 2.
Step 2 - Fixed Fee £920 + VAT
If the squatters don't not leave we can get them physically evicted by a bailiff .
