Beware of Imitators
We are the original fixed fee tenant eviction organisation. Since 1999 we have done over 16,000 evictions. Our free advice and fixed fees have driven the market down to the point where now even solicitors refer clients to us.
Success breeds imitation and there are now cheap copycats offering a flawed service. We believe these people do not have the expertise required and do not have the landlord's best interests at heart.
If you are tempted to deal with these copycat operators first find out...
- Do they specialise in Landlord & Tenant law? Or, are they just a lettings agent?
- Who is dealing with the paperwork?
- What is their success rate are they at court?
- Which barristers do they use in court?
- Does their cheap rate for serving the notice include serving two notices?
- Are their 'fixed rate' solicitors still charging for extras?
- Do they represent you at court? Many companies won't. Our advocates will always attend court with you.
Cutting costs means less checking and that means mistakes. No landlord wants to save a few pounds on a cheap barrister whose error ends up costing thousands.
Expertise is critical - one mistake can cause months of delay. Then, further rent loss and more legal costs can soon run into losses of thousands of pounds for the unfortunate landlord.
At Landlord Action we check paperwork again and again. And, through years of experience we know that good barristers are worth a few extra pounds.
We are experts in this area. It's what we do.
We are run by landlords for the benefit of landlords.

Watch Out!
Cheap Rates?
One notice only?!
You'll find some cheap headline prices on the internet, but be careful. These are for serving one notice only. Yes, it's true that you don't have to serve two notices but anyone with real concern for a landlord's costs will often advise a landlord to serve both Section 8 AND Section 21. It can save a lot of time and money in the long run. When useful, we serve both notices and our fixed fees include everything.
